Help with Answer to Question asap

Ok peoples just a quick question and i need an answer asap.
Just wondering if the wiring plug to the module if it comes loose would this cause the engine light to come on and the car to stall.

if your engine light came on, then check error codes.

depends how loose the plug was. cannot give a 'yes' or 'no' answer. it's possible that it could have, but it may not have.

It was extremely loose. That was always the last thing that we touched and it started. He checked for codes and it said it was satisfactory. But since he has screwed that plug right in it seems ok. I hope i made sense.
