    Default vq rear seat into vp ss

    Hey just a quick Q , umm easy to fit vq rear into vp , just wondering as sourced a bucket looking rear from vq and want for my vp , just worried bout the mid section of the rear any feedback would be muchly appreciated .

    VQ is wider than the SS,

    You will need to modify the seat on the sides to make it look good, mount points are all the same.

    Wanted to buy:

    1. T5 V8 Bellhousing and Clutch fork assembly suit VP
    2. V8 Tail Shaft, T5, Suit IRS VP
    3. T5 VB Gear Box

    thanks mate just a quick pic of the seats in question .

    so not alot of hassle , my mother has a mate who does interiors from home so i guess ill take to him and see what he can do

    also im thinking getting the front and rear rests slim lined to look a lil more sleek ,

    uncle had it done in his vk calais and looked mint

    As said, they bolt in easily.

    If you dont mod them (which you don't need to) the end padding will just rub on the door trim (and since the seats aren't leather, i can't see it damaging them in anyway)

    If you're going to mod them anyway I'd just try it as is first, can't hurt.

    It will fit fine, some people just don't like the end padding hitting the door trim.

    yeah ill just try and see plan to get reupolstered anyways so as is for now and get modded when i change the material. Thanks for all ya help guys
