the ones in the control arm or the ones in the cross member??

the crossmember ones you have to take the lower control arm out, remove the nut on the front of the radius rod, pull the radius rod back, (take note of how many washers are behind the front bush) cut the front part of the bush off and hit it with a hammer and they come out thru the back, nolathane ones are easy to install aswell cos they are a 2 piece bush

you got the rod out but not the bushes?

I used a set of old sleeves, lined up over the stuck ones and hammered them out...

More info as to what you're having drama's with?

    Peanuts with the early save

Yeah, good call on the washer count, unless you are trying to tinker with castor angle...

try not to hit on the threaded part of the ball joint too cos that can damage them, hit around the base of the strut and lever the control arm down, the force from hitting the lower part of the strut helps release the joint without doing any damage
