URGENT!!! VN air con problems!!!

Today i changed over the main control thing for the fan speed/hot cold control because my fan was only working on 3 and 4.. after i done this when i turn the air con on it blows hot air out the vents? the air con has only just been regrassed. its obviously something i have done? Plz help!!!

yeah, but generally when tap valve under bonnet is stuck open, you can still select other vents, and when you selec cold, it'd close of the heat-exchange....

anyways, let us know what you end up with..

I fixed the air con prob... well it fixed itself? lol... but now blows on the windscreen/face for a while an then it jus suddenly drops to your feet?
