Default s2 engine running in s1. Not right though! please help urgently.

Just got my rebuilt s2 engine running in my s1 vn berlina. had to screw with the leads and coil pack to get right timing and it seems to be right but it idles extremely rough for about 30 seconds before flattening out and becoming a smooth idle then no more than 30 secs later it dies.

using s1 computer and gearbox, s1 loom modified s1 coilpack everything else s2 if that helps

trying to get it running before end of tomorrow so fast answers would be much appreciated.
    Thanks guys

i've seen alot of talk about DFI module under coil pack but can't see such a thing under mine do you know if that would also cause problems?

When i did my conversion, i used a series 2 loom and computer and it all bolted and pluged straight up, had to change the cooling system a bit, the engine sounded like a piece of shit when it first started because oil had to pump thrugh, and it wasent 100% until after the run in, 1500km with run in oil first 1000 km took it steady and dident get about 80kmh often, then the last 500 some hard driving to get the rings to bend. and now it runs well all the time.
