Radiator VN serie 2 (radiator cap) on a serie 1 (no raidator cap) ?

Hello,

I have got some overheating pb with my car in town (lights, stop..). The gauge go further than the half on the dash board. Everything ok on highway or constant speed.

I change last year the thermostat but it seems I must change the radiator if I want to resolve this pb.

I would like to change the coulant soon so it could be the right time to change my radiator as well.

So can I install a serie 2 radiator with radiator cap on my serie 1? It seems ok but I'm not sur.

You can but you need series 2 overflow bottle and hoses aswell.
