New year harmonics are unbalanced

Hey all, happy new years and so on and so forth. I'm
out of town at the moment and the GTS has decided it's a great time to ruin my holiday and eat her harmonic balancer. I've sorted a lift back to Auckland where my tools are, but it's a pretty crap time of year for buying parts - question is this: series 1 & 2 balancers, interchangeable or not? I seem to remember there being two different part numbers from my repco days but buggered if I can be sure. Reason I ask is that the only one I can find is off a 2...

Yeah they are different series one slides on, 2 is pressed on

foam has nailed it. the s2 can be used on the s1 engine, my manual says you need to use the later style retaining bolt with it but i really can't see why.
