Vg ute is my suspension buggered??

Hey guys

Got a stock vg ute for my daily.. its got stock suspension and 15s on it just stockos.. but its rough to ride in and verry clunky on bumps..

Is the springs and shockos buggered? or something else?

my shocker on right side clunks aswell, does ur car act like a boat? like bounce along or is it just realy stiff
