VP Auto - Manual Conversion

hey guys,
ive had big problems with my auto box and wanting to piss it off and do a manual conversion. im just wondering what sort of 5 speed gearbox that i can buy new and what sort of money is involved . . also in terms of puttin the thing in what else do i need and is it easy enough to do it myself or is it worth a workshop doing the work . .
