The LOLRSVPBBQ how to fit a minispool into VN-VS live axle super happy thread.
Please do not print this sweet post. Save our forests. Save our World.
You should be looking at around $300 supplied and fitted from your average gearbox/diff specialist.

That's if all your other seals don't fall apart from old age. I paid $600, I supplied an almost seized spooled rear axle (off car) and that price got it rebuilt disc to disc. New bearings and seals throughout, a second hand set of 3.08s (mine were COOKED) and some 140weight oil to keep everything happy. Haven't had an issue with it since (except a tiiiiiiiny bit of play in my 600,000km axles)
It's worth noting that if you are not a spastic like me, and get your shims and torque settings RIGHT, this is a 100% DIY job
