Hi Guys,

Having a bit of trouble with my central locking. Whenever I try to activate it, it'll blow the fuse. Was working up until yesterday when I had to take the dash off to fix a vacuum leak.

I've gone over the wiring diagram and everything seems to be fine. I do have one plug that isn't connected to anything which has the yellow/black (all doors) and red/black (driver door) wires on it but from what I can see the drivers door is already wired directly to the central locking control module. That and I cant find anything to plug it into haha.

I'm thinking that I may have shorted a wire out on something when putting the dash back into place, are there any other possible causes of this? Also I can't lock/unlock the drivers door with the key, I can only deadlock it. Passenger door works fine though. Not sure if this could be par of the cause? I don't know if it was working before the central locking went as I only ever used the remote to lock/unlock.
