Default Will VS windscreen fit VP???

My VP bonnet hinges bent ever so slightly so that the bonnet would neither lift nor lower. When I tried to shut the bonnet, the corners crunched into the windscreen causing two huge cracks.

I have replaced the hinges but now need a new windscreen (not insured) but no used VP windscreens around due to this being a common problem.

Someone told me the VS windscreen will fit and I have found one. Can anyone confirm this???

i think it was the VR that had the rear view hanging from the roof, and the VS was stuck to the windscreen

Yeah it should fit, I think your VP should have the mirror hanging from the roof? if so it should be fine, i'm fairly sure my VN has a VS windscreen in it as my mirror is hanging from the roof however it's marked on the windscreen where to place the mirror if it sticks there

The mirrors changed somewhere in the vr.I bought a secondhand roof lining and had to cut a hole in it because my mirror is on the roof ,but the vr i bought it from had it on the windscreen.

My VP has mirror hanging from the roof.

I don't know if the VS screen has a mirror on it as I haven't seen it - just know the parts place is cutting it out for me. I'm in NZ and it would cost $600 for a new windscreen but only $120 for the VS screen + the cost of fitting it.

At least it will fit. Thanks. My insurance is only 3rd party so doesn't cover windscreens but I might see if i can have a windscreen add-on now...
