Default Changing the ODO clock on my lvl 2 Cluster

I just put in a vp lvl 2 cluster in place of my not working lvl 1 one.
the only bad point is the kms showing on the new lvl 2 one is 30,XXX over then the orginal
just wondering if there is anyway to rewind the clock without breaking or stuffing anything up on the cluster ?
    cheers

Sadly no, it's illegal to even wind back the odo.

What you wana do is write down your old odo reading.. Do the maths..and you'l no what your real odo is

To fix your old speedo - take the cog out of the working speedo and put it into your cluster or get a new cog off Ebay for $18.

The speedo in L1 and L2 clusters are the same unit.

Only the gauges change between the L1 & L2.

So if you swap the cog over into your old L1 speedo head all will be good

You can usually swap components on those things pretty easy, Keep what you want of yours, swap in what you want new.
