Pacemaker remove and sump

sure its been covered but carnt find the link, anyways im looking for a how to remove pacemaker extractors on a vp v6 commodre, my drivers side headder has cracked ! god knows how ,but anyways i need a how to remove them so i can fix and install again.and a how to remove a sump off of a v6 without pulling the whole motor out

Would be much easier if you could drive it to a shop to get it done, repairs are usually pretty cheap.

But if you must remove yourself, undo the 2 flange bolts were the pacemaker’s end use CRC to make it a little easier.
Then undo the 8 or so bolts from the engine bay.

the sump isnt hard to do, it just requires alot of disassymbley. i found the easiest way was to remove the front k frame and associated items then you can get to the sump bolts.

To remove the RHS header the rack has to be undone and pushed as far to the right as possible.
