Problems with PCV pipe?

Hey guys just wondering what a blocked PCV valve will cause??

excess crank case fumes and possible pressure build up in the crank case excessive oil in the air intake blue smoke out the exhaust increased oil leaks from pressure build up in crank case dislodging of oil seals etc etc

Thanks for that man, help alot.
i noticed a strong oily like smell, (no leaks in engine, been checked) and a little bit of oil build up around the seal, wasnt sure if it could be blocked or slightly blocked.. A mate of mine reccomended a OCC, do you think its necessary?

OCC oil catch can ? for std engine for street use no gain , clean and check your pcv valve and filtered air intake shouldnt be a problem unless you have excessive blow by from the rings
