v6 an v8 gearbox question

I've searched everywhere but cant find anything. I was wondering whats the difference between the v6 5spd manual an the v8 5 spd manual?

hey i have been told that the in-put shaft are different from v6 to v8 and the bellhousing is different, but thats all i know..

Bell Housing
Gear Ratios
Input Shaft

That's all the differences I Know. In other words if you want to get a V6 box for your V8 you would need the V8 input shaft or get it machined down if that's possible. If your doing a conversion your also going to need yourself to find a V8 Bell Housing not connected to a V8 box, fun!
