    Question what is this sound?? HELP

    hey guys just wondering i have a vp that has a problem i dont no what of.. as i put my foot down in the left front side of the car i seems to make a winding sound. it only sounds wen i accelerate hard. can someone help??

    yes could be a bearing, jack your wheel and grab the wheel and feel for movement (front left).

    Mine makes a winding sound too ever since I got the air con regassed, I think it is the compressor bearings (front left).

    or it could be the belt tensiometer pully, they often wind and whirr when they are on the way out (front middle).
