In your Indicator stalk itself.. A spring has either broken or come loose.. Or even the mount it sits on.

You'll need a new Stalk for it Auto turn off when the wheel aligns with it

You might be able to fix it, but you will need to open it up and look at the Spring Mounts, mine did not auto turn off..and me mate showed me the Spring mounts had worn..
So, I just hit up the wreckers

The stalk is only like $10 at the wreckers.. Best thing is, it's a VERY easy thing to replace

However......... did the problem start after you had the new steering wheel fitted?

you need to align the boss kit in the correct position. there is a little pin on the back of the boss kit which triggers the indicators to turn off. pull the boss kit off and you will see what i am talking about.

ok ive had a look and found the problem. there are 2 clips on the side of the indicaator stalk, you depress them with your thumb and index finger to remove it from the steering colum, one of the clips had a crack in it, im my case the bottom one so when the indicator goes to self cancel is is pushed out of the way by the steering colum.

not sure. you can try pulling them out and sanding the orange off with some fine grade wet and dry.
