    Default Flywheel housing t5

G'day guys I'm in the process of buying a vn ss with a 5 litre and t5 box and I got the bloke to put it in for a rwc.

The seller said one of the things they knocked was the cover/plate on the gearbox where it joins the engine, only thing I can think of it being is the fly wheel housing.

Does this sound right? Are they expensive/hard to replace?

He reckons he doesn't know what happened to it would it come off easily?

    ^^^ What he said.
Its just a piece of crappy-looking tin.
You could make one up pretty quickly if you can't find one
Not hard to replace, its like 2 screws and a bolt or two.
It just bolts on the bottom section of the bellhousing (where you can touch the flywheel atm)

I don't think you could cause much damage, unless you filled it full of rocks or something.
