Default Power Window Drivers Door Problem!

Ive recently been installing power windows in my vn commodore.

The rear and passenger door's were easy, however im having problems with the driver's.
When i had manual windows the drivers ould wind up to a point then the window would jump out slighty for half a turn, then being pushed back into line. It was never a problem as u could still wind the window up.

Now that ive installed the power window reg and mounted it im having problems with the window going off the runners and dropping back, i also have lots of door flex in the inner skin. i tried all sort of adjustments and have had it in and out a dozen times but its not dixing the problem.

The motor and reg are working perfectly, ive basically narrowed it down to something inside the door. but i have no idea what.

Ive taken a video to try and show whats happening.

If you could all check it out in would be awesome. will post it up in a second.

Did you manage to bolt the regulator into all four holes? When I did my drivers side regulator, I could only manage to align a combination of three holes, and it was doing a similar thing. I can't remember which three holes they were off the top of my head but I'll have a look. Also, make sure it is sitting inside the rails down inside the door. You can get a better look and feel of this by taking off that plastic sheeting that covers the door. Spring washers are also a good idea for this conversion if you aren't using them already.

alright thanks for that ive go four bolts in it using spring washers, ill double check the rails part tomorrow but im sure its right.

Its like theres something allowing the window to drop back, like somethings not holding it properly on th left hand of the glass looking at it from sitting in the drivers seat.
