You have to unbolt a flange in the engine-bay that surrounds the air-con hoses. You will also have to pull the plasttic cover off (whre the wipers are) and remove a few things from under there.

I haven't done one in awhile, but isnt there a cover that bolts to the firewall that the A/C pipes go through?

You have to disconnect the A/C pipe (ally tube) that runs through the top half of the fire wall and into the heater box at the top. (will need a re gas once pulled apart)

Usre some crc around the rubber grommet that the copper tubes go thought (heater core).

When all the bolts are undone the box will come out by lifting at the rear of the box and backwards at the same time. If you have the copper tubes lubed up it may just slip out.

Took me a few hours on my own last time I did this. Just would not budge until the good old lube on the copper tubes

It's an alan head bolt into the top of the heater box - right next to the fan resistor

If you get the allan key bit out - give the top of the bolt a few hits with the hammer - gentle tho.

Saddly not I think. Getting the copper pipes thought the fire wall - can take 2 people to get it in quickly.
