hi all

in my 5litre vn I have an issue with the power steering pump. When I start the car, let it idle and turn the wheel from side to side I notice that the power steering pump pulley locks up literally stops and then frees up again and continues to spin Im would these pumps have pressure reliese valves or would it be the steering rack is stuffed any suggestions?
