Throttle Body Nuts & Washers

Hi guys,

I was tightening up my throttle body and I over tightened it, the washer as a split in it and i tried tightening up the nut without it and it keeps going and going? what should I do, Am i still able to drive it around is the kickdown cable gonna jump off? help???

it shouldnt but u mite have to set ur kick down again

would the thread be stripped or do you recon i could try another nut and washer from another throttlebody
