Remote mount turbo problems

Im having little problems with my remote mount turbo setup, My turbo keeps oiling up i have a 4-8lpm
oil pump pumping the oil back to the sump, i wired the oil pump in the same curcit as the fuel pump and wondered if the fuel pump is alway pumping when engine is running and if it is a solid 12v,
if anyone has done a remote mount setup how do you power your oil pump and what flow rate are you running??
