Just wondering? is it only the yoke that is different on the manuals or is more of the tailshaft different to auto shafts. I got a T5 shaft that looks kind of sad and wondering if I can use that yoke on the auto shaft as my auto shaft is in showroom condish.
Front half is a different lenth aswell if im not mistaken. So in short no, no you cant.

Your looking at close to a grand there already
You may be able to re-use the center bearing from the auto shaft. But the yokes and front half of the shaft are different going from manual to auto. Rear section is the same though.
yep it suck that I need so much stuff for this conversion.
