VN S1 Memcal Help

Hi everyone, long time reader first time poster here

I just got myself a 1989 VN Berlina V6 Auto and its seems very touchy on the throttle so today i pulled the ecu out to see if it has had an aftermarket memcal fitted, on inspection i found that the warranty seal on the ecu was already broken so i am assuming that it has been changed, it has 3 chips on the memcal 1 of witch is barely visible, one with no label and the other labeled DELCO APNX 1687

Anyone know if this is the standard setup?
