Need Help With Car Restrictions?

Youv Probably had this before and sorry for posting if you have but i wanna do a few things to my car but i cant find what is legal and what is illegal anywhere!

Now im more of a looks guy when it comes to my car So there really not many things i wanna do to the engine so i pretty much Bi pass all the illigel shit anyway

but here is what i wanna do

My mate is going to modify my exhaust for me to make it have a little more guts( better note in other words)

I want dark window tinting

What is illegal and what is not??

If your mate is going to do what i think he is, then dont.

Just dont.

It will sound shit, smell funny and you will get a huge fine if you are caught.

He is getting an exhaust off another commodore Not shure what 1 and putting that on, he said something about a straight exhaust rather than what ever iv got! i think the only thing he is taking off is the resonator or somthing.. but not the catylac converter or what ever it is coz thats big trouble haha..
