vp ss clutch troubles

hey all.. im haveing troublw with the clutch on my ss, i recently put a new flywheel and heavy duty clutch in my can, been all good for about 5000km, the other day, i was driving and changed gear then the pedal went rock hard, could still push it in but it was difficult now the clutch isnt engaging when its to the floor, any ideas befor i pull the box out? i also have a brand new clutch cable..

Clutch fork come off the trust bearing sleeve thingy?

pulled it all apart, turns out it was the spring on the clutch plate had blown out, manafactures fault, took it back to them and they replaced it, too bad they arent going to put it in 4 me..
