Hi guys,
Sorry if this has already been answered i had a quick browse through the search bar but couldn't find an answer.
I noticed a fuel leak a couple of days and and just took the drivers side rear wheel off and had a peak only to notice that the hose's attached (well used to be attached) had broken away and are no longer there.. I plan on fixing asap but i cant work out where the hose's go..
There are 2 coming out of the top of the filler i assume meet up with the 2 on top of the junction box on the filler, then there are 2 coming out of the bottom of the junction box, one of them I assume meets up with a hose coming out of the fuel tank, but I can't fingure out where the other one goes??
All help is appreciated, diagrams will help ALOT!
Pictures will be up soon.

A mechanic dropped my tank down a little and run a copper tube through the hole in the chassis to the top of the tank. Said I wont have an issue again with the leaking petrol. The top of my tank would be wet with petrol after I filled up.
So I'm guessing the tube your talking about may infact go to the top of the tank via an indent in the chassis for it.

I had to replace the breather hoses on my VN sedan which shoudl be similar to a wagon. There were 3 hoses coming fromthe top of the tank to the filler, a large one and 2 smaller ones. The large one is still available from Holden the smaller ones are obsolets so you need to use something else. I used 3mm ID fuel hose from Super Cheap.
The 2 small hoses fromthe tank go into the seperator/junction you call it at the bottom then fromthe top of that to the filler neck.
The large hose gose onto the filler neck and ther eis also a line to the front of the car that connects to the charcoal cannister, it is metal and stops just near the rear wheel where it changes to rubber and goes to the filler neck. If you use 3mm ID fuel hose you will have trouble connecting this one back together as the OD of that hose is too big to shove in the 5/16" ruber tube atached to the metal pipe going to the front. I had to make up a double sided hose barb from brass in a lathe. You will also need to get some small hose clamps as the ones on the car won't go over the OD as well.
Thanks mate that will be a great help.

I've got about 4 or 5 volumes of the GMH factory manuals for a VN with drawings detailing how the hoses go. I can probably scan them in and e-mail if you need them PM me and I will see what I can do.
Manuals are for sale if anyone is interested.
You'll need at least 2.5 metres of the 3mm hose. It's not too expensive so get about 3 metres. I just had a look through my records and can't find the docket for the large breather hose I got from Holden so I can't give you the part number sorry, it's just called a breather hose and it's about 10 to 12mm ID and made out of a hard plastic like nylon. Also do youself a favour and get a new hose to join the filler neck to the tank, both it and the new breather hose from Holden (large one) will be tight to get on so just use a bit of vasolene. If I find that docket I wil post the P/N but I am sure a friedn got it for me through this business trade.
The 3 hoses from the top of the tank need to feed through the chassis rail so make sure you don't kink them, I attached them to the tank and raised the tank on a jack while pulling the hoses through, bolted the tank in place then attached the hoses to the filler neck.
