Lots of questions need answers any help huugely appreciated !!

Hey people im new to the forums and would seriously appreciate any advice you lot could throw my way !
For starters my pride and joy is a s1 vq caprice which ive fitted with cai , a lsd with 3.7 gearing and the crowning achievment a t5 manual conversion.
What im after is some advice on a good cam package to suit so i can get some more ponies out of it and if anyone can tell me if i need to swap the computer or chip to a manual or custom tune? does it make a difference? also exhaust ? what is a good setup preferably matching to the cam for the best gain as it currently has the stocko factory setup which is like trying to breathe through a straw.

for a cam you would want a custom memcal tune. for exhaust, twin 2.5" is what you're after. are you thinking about doing any other work (manifold, shaving heads) or just the cam by itself? check this thread out: Stock 304, Guide to choosing a camshaft

Ok read greenfoams guide and looks like the crow 4203 or maybe the wade 963A961A10 would be the best choice. Yeah was thinking about swapping the banannas for a starr manifold and 90 ml throttle body at some point. Also sounds like greenfoam is the man to talk to about a tune from what ive heard.
Anyone know which of the two cams would be the better choice?
