Transmission Question

im placing a 2JZ-GTE in my car at the end of the year and im just wondering it comes with either 5 speed or 6 speed manual tranny but will that fit my vn or will i have to buy a T5 Manual conversion kit im really confused lol

if a t-56 (big ****in gearbox) can fit in the trans tunnel of the vn im sure the supra box will too.
the t-5 wouldnt last long behind a boosted 2j..

Do they fit without any mods to the tunnel? I am putting an LS2 in my VN and i want to go a T56 behind it.
