Where's the best place to mount a turbo in a VP V6?
Like the title says where's the most common place an average sized turbo is mounted? I've mostly seen them where the air box is or battery. Has anyone done a low mount one like behind the steering rack?
sounds like more pipe bending to me??? wouldnt you want it close to the airbox
right in front of the engine seems the most logical place to me?

Think about the position of the intercooler/intercooler piping and the difficulty in making exhaust manifolds. I would put it behind one of the headlights, or behind the radiator as mentioned before.
Were your old Air intake box sits. If you do Dynos or 1/4 miles you can take the headlight out for better airflow for the turbine that sucks air.
Like the V6 vengeance car.
