I have just fitted a late 1993 VR Commadore complete motor and gear box with power switch to my 1988 VN Commadore Calais. Every thing has gone well so far except for the wiring, I have fitted the left wiring loom from the vr and the VR Computer module. My problem has been the wire colours don't match up with the computer plugs, the wiring plugs on right engine loom colours don't match up and I am not sure how to wire up the gearbox power switch. Will I need to obtain any VR & VN Commadore wiring diagrams and could you please help me with any web addresses to download them. Can you please tell me If the diff ratios are the same or not and what the ratios are in the 1988 VN Commadore Calais Sedan and the 1993 VR Commadore Executive Sedan both are 3800 thankyou. If there Is anything else I need to know about my conversion, then I would be very greatfull for all or any help...
