replacing vn door locks need help

recently bought a vn for my gf need to replace the front door locks have door skins off but cant figure out how to get door handles out so i can replace locks can anyone help

there is a metal clip that holds the handle in place (about 10cm long), you need to side it out to the left (if doing drivers door) then the handle will separate and come out in 2 parts.
