vp wont start

drove car last night fine today try to start it and nothing battery NOT flat it pumps fuel so cheack all fuses relays still nothing so i got a ignition barral/switch still nothing so i got a startermotor and now still nothing and to top it all off the orignal door key wont lock the drivers door now so anyone got any ideas or thing to cheack

You sure you came home in the right car? Ok, start from scratch. What has power/works, and what doesnt work? Do the headlights work? do the ignition lights come on? does the starter motor try to engage? Need more details.

It still could be the battery. It can have enough power for some things but not enough to turn it over. Old bloke next door went for a drive in his VX calais, pulled up for lunch then went to start it; nothing. Had to get NRMA battery van. They put in a new battery and all OK.

check if it can be jump started. then check engine codes. could be computer that controls central locking or just the dum ass key - i know it sounds dum but their is even an error code for it lol. KEY NOT MAKING CONTACT

hi guys every thing works lights wipers centel locking all dash lights battery holding charge i got it started buy crossing the wires on the starter and it run fine the only thing i can think of now is the nuetral switch
could this be my problem
