VN with VR engine and auto transplant, help needed...

I have just fitted a late 1993 VR Commadore Executive motor and gear box with power switch to my 1988 VN Commadore Calais. Every thing has gone well so far except for the wiring, I have fitted the left wiring loom from the vr and the VR Computer module. My problem has been the wire colours don't match up with the plugs on engine loom to the right loom near relays, colours don't match up and I am not sure how to wire up the gearbox power switch. I also need help with plug wire colours on plugs near the computer and on the plugs at the Computer don’t match up. I have not started the engine as I want to get the wiring sorted out and any other problems before running the car.Can anyone help out with any diagrans or Information that might help me. I need VR & VN Auto Commadore wiring diagrams and If not could you please help me with any web addresses to download them. If there Is anything else I need to know about my conversion, then I would be very greatfull.
