Hi Guys,
Need your combined wisdom again.
My engine warning lights on when driving and I did the ECU check thing with the paper clip and it returns what i think is code14?
I recorded it as im not sure because of the pause in between its either C12 or C14
Code 14 - Coolant temperature Sensor - Voltage Too Low
If its C14 any ideas on a fix? replace the temp sensor?
The sensors probably been in there since factory and its currently at 356,000km.
Heres the video
YouTube - MOV00004
Flashes once, 1 sec pause then 2 flashes .5 second pause 2 flashes.
Thanks
Yesterday it stalled about 3 times when i was trying to do a U turn. Its an Auto
Just revved it up cold to about 3k and it seemed to have a miss between 1500 - 2700ish RPM.
Started fine and the engine light goes out randomly then comes back when you turn or go up a hill (could be a coincidence)
hey mate, to me that looks like a code 22 (TPS sensor). i've had this code a few times. have you recently done anything with your throttle body or the sensor that sits below the butterfly of the throttle body? i would suggest to replace the tps sensor and make sure the electric connector wiring that connects to the tps is clean and not full of gunk and shit. good luck mate
Cool thanks for that. About a month ago I flushed the cooling system and had to remove the throttle body.
Ill have a play around with it on the weekend.
More comments welcome.
