Vg knock sensor problem

hey Guys , just bought a vg ute with series 1 vn motor/borgwarner 5 speed have noticed the engine management light is on, did the paperclip trick and got fault code 43 which i believe to be knock sensor problem the knock sensor wire seems to be nonexistent so where should the plug come from? does it go to the fuse box on rh inner gaurd? or the ecu wiring harness?

The knock sensor wire (there's only one wire) come from the loom which runs under the above the oil pump. From there it goes to the ECU.

I once had the code 43 problem and turned out to be faulty knock sensor.
