Legal Catch Can on series 1???

Hey everyone

just wondering if anyone knows where to put a catch can on a series 1 V6. appart from the PCV pipe apparently there is another breather pipe that goes from the manifold into the throttle body, i heard this is where some put their cans.

Can some one put me in the right direction?? i live in NSW just incase there is legal reasons behind the installation.. and i dont want to fail any emissions tests either

After reading alittle more, i saw that someone piped onto the pcv valve, and ran it to the catch can and then piped it back into the other one. they also blocked off that other hose that i said before, making it a sealed unit (i believe) but yeah any help would be appriciated.
