VP 5.0 Engine cut out while driving

Had my VP 5.0 cut out on me this morning while driving and now refuses to start.

I got a couple of blocks away from home and at around 50km/h it just cut out under steady acceleration. I stopped on the side of the road, cranked it over to start it up again, nothing... opened the bonnet, nothing obviously busted, so I jumped back in to crank it and it started up. Gave it a little rev, seemed fine.

Drove another 20 meters further, same thing happens, except it now refuses to start up again. Anyone got any ideas?

Turned out to be the coil. Only lasted about a year...
