Limited Edition VP V8

I would appreciate a little information about a recently inherited VP 5.0L V8 Commodore which has no external badges on it except the "V8 Fuel Injected" one on the front guards. I suspect there is more to the car than meets the eye because above the glovebox set into the dashboard is a badge which reads "Limited Edition 069 V8 and then the roman numeral for 4" Also on the radiator guard is a badge for "Riverwood Spares Special Vehicles". At this stage I am not sure if I am going to keep the car or sell it, as I have too many toys already, but would appreciate a little information on it's pedigree if anyone knows what these badges mean? Sounds like a car that was done up by the local dealer etc. There were a few different ones around at the time. Definately no Riverwood Spares SV from Holden.
