    I've always used Dry Lube,
Its in a stick about as round as 5cents, and 6" long.

Can get it from supercheap/type places.

Its like a waxxy white paste, put a little bit on each of the door sliders/stopper things and open/close the doors a few times, should work in and do its job. Put some on the door striker aswell, and if you can get some around the door hinges.

Its normally just the little metal bit that stops the door opening too wide that dries out.

You need to buy Castrol PH grease is comes in a tub and it is white. You put this onto the check arms, top bottom and sides every few months. If there is a lot of dried up grease and dirt clean them first.
Next you need some white spray grease, mine is CRC brand from Super Cheap. You need to spray this into the door hinges and the pivot on the A and B pillars for the check arms using the tube that comes with the can to stick in the nozzle. These pivots and hinges all have caps that come off to do this. If the caps are missing go to Holden and get new ones.
I wrap the hinge in a rag and insert the tube from the spray can to avoid a mess as it will spray out.
Lube has to go inside the hinges not on the outside, don't use WD40 as it is a dispersant and a solvent not a proper lubricant.
