Door rattle

Ok guys and girls

I have this problem, Its a door with a rattle.

It litteraly sounds like somethings taping on the glass with the window half down, Window fully down the noise go's away, Put the window up and it turns into a dull vibrateing sound.

Ive had the door card off, There is NOTHING loose in there, The looms ziptied and ziptied again.

Any conectors are ziptied TO THE DOOR SKIN

There is absolutly nothing loose in this door, i am stumpted.... Any idea's guys ?

oh man same here. exactly the same scenario.

Taps and rattles sometimes when on bumpy-ish roads and is ridiculous on dirt roads. Took off door trim looked inside and there was nothing in there that could move besides from central locking wires.

Would aslo really like to know if theres any solution to it.

check the outter door skin bracing maybe a broken weld and check the window seals inside and out they tend to fall away after a while mine was doin a similar thing and i found the seal to be the problem i just superglued it back on and o more vibrating hope this helps

window seal's you mean the felt stuff ?

Yes the goopy glue shit between the brace and outer skin has seperated.

yea the felt stuff and the glass runners. if the brace and outer skin have separated then that would be the problem not to sure on how to fix it maybe just get some sound deadener material and push the brace back on to the skin
