Cant be good....help?

i herd some squeeky noises from my VQ caprice (v8) and i went to look under the hood only to find my fan where my fan belt attaches to was wobbly and oil and i think coolent was coming out of it. i had lost a hole tank of coolent....

Is this a seal or something gone?

sounds like the water pump is gone, you will need a new pump, not just a seal
