    cheers.

To see exactly what is involved go to the B and M website and download the instruction manual for the kits, available in pdf. You want 70239. Basically, it's remove the valve body and drill/fill a couple of holes in it and the plate, fit a stiffer pressure regulator spring and fit a couple of spacers/stops that reduce the volume of - hence reducing the time taken to fill - a couple of the accumulators. You will need a torque wrench - 1/4" drive - or a well calibrated elbow to refit the valve body.

The only difference between the two B and M kits for the TH700/4L60 is the inclusion of a filter in the more expensive kit. The kit instructions have been reformatted to obscure this. (There are real differences between the B and M kits for some other trans. models.) It is cheaper to buy the filter from a local source.

Missing from the kits are the sealing 'O' rings for the 2-3 accumulator as you are expected to reuse the old 'O' rings with removal and replacement. Sourcing new ones would be sensible with 20 year old parts I think.
