Lately ive been getting TERRIBLE exhaust fumes throughout the inside of my car...

This is causing me some serious headaches and i blacked out on sunday morning (thinking it may have something to do with the fumes)... I taken it to several places to get it checked...

I firstly took it to an exhaust place who showed me the black soot kind of stuff on the inside of my bootlid where the seal did not meet up. He suggested i go get some adhesive foam strip and make it seal up. I did this ASAP, it seals so seals so damn good i pretty much have to jump on my boot lid to close it...

But this did not help at all?

I then had another good look and removed my spare wheel to find what i THINK may be the problem... Behind the wheel there are 2 air vents, and one was completely missing.

Before i go and cover this ****er up for good, just thought id ask the members here if they think this sounds like where the problem is coming from?

may well be, replace with airvents again, dont fully block it off.
