front seats don't stay upright

hi all, I am gettin sick of winding my seat up like a grandfather clock. I am guessin I am not the only one that has this problem though. Apart from buying race seats, does anyone know a way to fix the mechanism or replace the mechanism in the front seats to stop them from falling back? It is insane I wind it almost vertical then go for a drive and when I arrive I am lying back.
Any help would be aprreciated.

Wasn't there a how to on here somewhere? Yeah i have that problem just couldn't be arsed fixing it.

lol, ive had this problem on both of my VP's and put up with it for about 5 years now. But it hasn't bothered me enough to actually do something about it, even tho its a relatively easy thing to fix.

yeah I have been putting up with it but i need to fix it to support my posture coz my back is f**ked
