changing angles and tilt of headlights

hey i was wondering how to change the angle or tilt of headlights on my vp. i have been told by friends when driving behind them that my lights are on highbeam but they are not. and i am certain that its not on high beam so i was wondr if some1 can tell me how to change to angle of light. thanks

back of th elight is 2 round knobs to adjust side to side and up n down. Park on level close to a wall and have a play (take a torch too).

i had a look b4 and saw on top is 2 bolts and markings that say left right and arrows and up and down and arrows undone the bolts and tryed to move it but not luck. but i will give that a shot

ok done that found out how to do it now what is the hight they should be set at ??? i thought there was a height they must be set at ?
