extractor question?

My 5litre vn has a ticking type of noise coming from the left extractor could that be a hole?or the gasket? it makes the noise all the time but only gets louder when pushing the accelerator down.any help would be good.

They may be loose but I'm not sure.
Take it to a exhaust shop would be the safest thing!

Yes it is possible to be a leak where the exhaust bolts to the engine, i see it more often where gasket goo is used.
