If your in Sydney I bought an AC Delco one from my local Holden dealer for $50 about 18 months ago. Just ring around the holden dealers when I did prices ranged from $50 to $100.

After market is OK but some do not come with a plug on the end of the wire and you have to cut the plug and some wire off the old one so make sure if you do this that you connect the wires properly and by this I mean you solder it and use a thick heat shrink with glue in it. When you fit it to the exhaust be careful not to crack it and/or over tighten it and don't use any thread sealer etc on the thread they come with it already as some of these compounds harm the sensor. It also migh tbe easier to get out when the exhaust is hot as it expands.
